With over 30 years in the technology industry, Jeff has extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in all aspects of security cameras and video surveillance systems, sound systems and drive-thru restaurant technology. Jeff’s diverse experience along with his value-driven approach allows him to format premier systems that align with his client’s needs. Jeff stays current with the latest industry developments and technology shifts, ensuring that customers consistently receive the finest product offerings and the highest level of customer service. Jeff is dedicated to being an exceptional consultant, assisting clients in making optimal choices for their businesses. Jeff places customer care above all else.

Jeff enjoys quality time with his wife, family and friends, his daughters and granddaughter, family gatherings, boating, and quiet time fishing.

Darrell Smith

Darrell’s extensive background spans more than 30 years as a business owner in the customer service sector, encompassing a broad range of responsibilities in every facet of business management. He transitioned to the technology industry to enhance his abilities and collaborate with Jeff in developing Clear Option Technologies. Darrell has always found fulfillment in delivering outstanding customer service forging enduring client connections. Darrell consults and coordinates to help meet the needs of every customer. His commitment to ensuring top-notch service and ongoing care and maintenance is evident in every installation. His motto is “Taking care of customers is first.”

When he’s not working, Darrell enjoys time with family and friends, cycling, and spending time outdoors with his wife hiking, backpacking, and kayaking.
